Build a form that's available to all of your Stewardship Sites in Settings, then load that Form into the form library of your Stewardship Sites (you can do this one at a time or in bulk). Associate that form with a Site Visit type, so that all new Site Visits of that type will load the form automatically.
Build the form in settings:
Add the form to each Site Visit Form Library (can be done for multiple sites at once):
Choose the correct site visit type to associate with the form. This means every time someone starts a new site visit with a type of 'Annual Monitoring' they'll use the 'Annual Monitoring Form'.
Choose the form that you built in Settings:
Complete a Site Visit with the Landscape App. Fill out the form you loaded into the Stewardship Site, take photos and photopoints, and take a track of where you were. The Site Visit record will also ask for a visit Summary, who completed the visit, and how long the visit was.
Your final monitoring report will bring in existing information from Landscape, including Active Contacts, Property information, and Stewardship Site information, so make sure that data is up to date and accurate.
Generate your report from the Site Visit using Landscape's built in Site Visit Report Template, or design your own. Sign and save the report as a document within the Site Visit.
