How to Merge Stewardship Sites

If you'd like to manage two Stewardship Sites as one (for instance, if the same owner purchases two adjoining properties), here's how to re-organize them.


From Views, select the 'All Stewardship Sites' view.  Select the records you'd like to merge by using the check boxes and then click the 'edit' (mceclip1.png) button:




Select 'Merge Records'.  Choose the Stewardship Site you wish to keep as 'Merge All Into' (you can rename it later if you wish):




Click 'Yes' to confirm.  Landscape will then take all of the Stewardship Site records and merge them into one, including issues, site visits, requests & approvals, and uses.
