Occasionally you'll want to merge separate property records. This operation is for when you find that you want a single property record with multiple parcels rather than two different property records. Here's how:
From the 'All Properties' View, select the properties you want to merge by using the check box to the left of each row. Then click the 'edit' button.
Select 'Merge Records' from the 'Updated Selected Items' list, and choose the property that you want to merge the data into. The record will retain this property name. Click 'OK' when you're done.
A property merge cannot be undone. So make sure that you've selected the correct properties and that merging properties is the correct solution for what you're trying to do.
The property merge operation adds the acreages of each property and concatenates the values in non-numeric fields to the merged property record. It also merges property assets.
